How it works
Three steps, and none of them involve you dialling a number.
Describe the job
Pick the service, describe what's wrong, and enter your ZIP. Finding local providers is free.
AI makes the calls
Boocki finds up to 20 nearby providers and phones each one to ask what they charge and when they can come.
Compare and book
Every answer lands in one summary with the quotes side by side. Call your favourite, or set a callback alert if they're booked up.
Why Boocki
The tedious half of hiring a tradesperson is the ringing around. That half is now software.
One request, up to 20 calls
You write the job down once. Boocki finds every matching provider in your area and works down the list for you.
You only pay for calls
Searching costs nothing. A call costs $0.30 a minute, billed by the second, and every charge is itemised in your wallet.
Every call written down
Availability, quote and the earliest slot are summarised per provider, so the details never depend on your memory.
Nothing gets lost
If a provider asks you to call back, a $0.10 callback alert is placed for you instead of leaving a stale note.
Pay per call, not per month
No subscription and no contract. You top up a wallet and spend it on the calls you actually place.
AI calls
$0.30/min
Per provider call, billed by the second.
Callback alerts
$0.10/call
A missed-call ping to a provider so they can call you back.
Your own number
$3.00/mo
A Boocki number for caller ID and inbound forwarding.
A typical job
6 providers called, about 2 minutes each. You approve the shortlist first, so you always know what you're spending.
≈ $3.60
Questions
The things people ask before their first job.
Do I have to take the calls myself?
No. The AI makes every call for you and writes down what each provider said. You read the summary afterwards and decide who to book.
What does a job actually cost?
Searching is free, and you approve how many providers get called before anything is placed. A call is $0.30 per minute, billed by the second, so 6 calls of about 2 minutes is roughly $3.60.
What if nobody can come?
You still get the full picture — who is booked out, who left a voicemail, and when each of them could fit you in. Most jobs get booked straight from the quotes.
Do providers get my personal number?
You can use your own number as the callback line, or rent a Boocki number for $3.00 a month so providers call that instead and you keep your number private.
