Do I need a subscription?: No. Boocki is entirely pay-as-you-go. You add funds to a prepaid wallet and spend them on calls — there's nothing recurring unless you buy a phone number.
How is call time measured?: AI calls are billed at $0.30 per minute, prorated by the second, and only for calls that are actually placed. You can see the per-call charge in your wallet history.
What happens if my balance runs out?: A job pauses and is marked "insufficient balance" instead of failing. Top up your wallet and you can continue where you left off.
Do I need to buy a phone number?: Not necessarily — your own phone number is used as the callback number. A Boocki number ($3.00/month) adds caller ID for outbound calls and forwarding for inbound calls from providers.
Can I get a refund?: Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. If a call fails because of a technical error on our side, we may issue a credit at our discretion.
