Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Boocki (“we,” “our,” or “us”), an automated home service booking platform. By accessing or using Boocki (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Description of Service
Boocki is a platform that automates the process of finding and contacting home service providers. Our Service:
- Searches online directories (via Google Places) for service providers matching your request
- Uses AI (via Retell AI) to call those providers on your behalf to check availability, pricing, and timing
- Presents you with a summary of which providers are available
Important: Boocki does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any service provider. We are a technology platform that connects you with independent third-party providers. Any service agreement is between you and the provider directly.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Wallet System
The Service operates on a prepaid wallet system. You must add funds to your wallet before using paid features. Wallet top-ups are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
4.2 Service Fees
Our current pricing:
- AI Calls — $0.30 per minute of call time, billed per job after all calls complete
- Callback Requests — $0.10 per provider contacted via missed-call alert
- Phone Numbers — $3.00 per month per phone number, auto-renewed every 29 days
- Inbound Calls — $0.05 per minute when a call to your phone number is forwarded to your real phone, billed per connected call and rounded up to the nearest minute. Calls that are not answered are not charged.
4.3 Charges
Charges are deducted from your wallet balance automatically:
- Call charges — deducted when all calls for a job are completed
- Phone number renewals — deducted every 29 days for active numbers with auto-renew enabled
- Inbound call charges — deducted after each forwarded call ends, based on its connected duration
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover a charge, the associated service will not be processed. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient wallet balance.
4.4 Refunds
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Unused wallet balances are not redeemable for cash. If a call fails due to a technical error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit to your account.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will notify you of price changes by posting the updated pricing on our website and, for material changes, by email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Phone Numbers
You may purchase phone numbers through our Twilio integration. Purchased numbers:
- Are provisioned by Twilio and subject to Twilio's terms
- Auto-renew every 29 days unless you disable auto-renewal
- Are released if renewal fails due to insufficient wallet balance or disabled auto-renewal
- May only be used for lawful purposes
You may not use purchased phone numbers for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to release a phone number without refund if we determine it is being used inappropriately.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit job requests for services that are illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm service providers
- Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security features of the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
- Use purchased phone numbers for unsolicited marketing, spam, or robocalls
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
7. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and Retell AI) to analyze your requests and communicate with service providers. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated analyses and call summaries may contain errors or omissions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content
- You should independently verify critical information (pricing, availability, provider credentials) before making decisions
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- Stripe (payments)
- Twilio (phone numbers, call connectivity)
- Retell AI (AI calling)
- Google Places API (provider search)
- Google Gemini (AI analysis)
- Supabase (infrastructure)
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boocki and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages arising from service provider conduct, quality of work, or failure to appear
- Damages arising from AI errors, miscommunications, or inaccurate call summaries
- Damages arising from third-party service outages or failures
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Boocki in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That AI calls will successfully reach every provider
- That providers found are licensed, insured, or qualified
- That pricing quoted by providers is accurate or final
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 15). Upon termination:
- Your account and associated data will be deleted
- Any active phone numbers will be released
- Unused wallet balances are forfeited (wallet top-ups are non-refundable)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a Terms violation, we will refund any unused wallet balance.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and the Boocki name — are the exclusive property of Boocki and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the “Last updated” date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
